Care sunt rezultatele Singurului Serviciu de Promovare Activa a Candidatilor?

Pe fondul crizei din piata locurilor de munca din mediul privat si a cresterii accelerate a candidatilor de top aflati in cautare activa de noi oportunitati, incepand cu luna iulie a acesui an am dezvoltat singurul serviciu care se ocupa de promovarea reala a candidatilor – pachetul Top Manager.

La sfarsit de an, dupa 6 luni de activitate sustinuta pentru promovarea candidatilor de valoare din middle si top-management, simt nevoia sa impartasesc cu voi rezultatele.

In primul rand, cine sunt candidatii? Cu toate ca provin dintr-o sfera destul de eterogena de specializari, majoritatea clientilor mei au fost: Sales Director/Manager, Marketing Director/Manager, Product Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, Business Development Director, IT Manager/Director.

Multi dintre voi m-au intrebat, in intalniri directe sau prin email, despre rata de succes in plasarea candidatilor. Cu toate ca nu am inca date suficiente pentru a oferi o valoare statistica, rata de succes pentru perioada in care m-am ocupat de promovarea candidatilor variaza intre 30 si 70%. Reprezentativitatea acestei rate este discutabila din urmatoarele motive:

  • candidatii provin din industrii/domenii diferite;
  • asteptarile fiecaruia dintre ei sunt diferite;
  • profilul si experienta fiecaruia sunt unice;
  • unii dintre ei au fost angajati dupa ce am finalizat perioada de promovare activa.

O informatie cu siguranta utila, insa nu vrei ca angajatorul sa creada ca te gandesti deja cum sa-ti planifici vacanta chiar inainte sa fi angajat.
