Compania activeaza in domeniul solutiilor informatice, face analiza activitatii partenerilor, implementeaza solutiile software si ofera servicii de asistenta post-impementare.

1. Obiective

- cresterea vanzarilor (pe termen scurt) prin generarea de noi vanzari cu orientare catre companii private (mari, medii si mici)
- crearea si coordonarea unui departament de vanzari (pe termen lung)

2. Responsabilitati

- prospectarea pentru gasirea de noi parteneri care sa utilizeze solutiile oferite de companie, prezentarea eficienta a acestor solutii, gestionarea cerintelor partenerilor si oferirea de solutii, negocierea contractelor
- gestionarea bazei de date de clienti (atat potentiali, cat si actuali)
- dezvoltarea si implementarea de strategii de vanzare pentru solutiile si serviciile oferite de companie

3. Specificatiile postului

- abilitati de persoana de vanzari, inclusiv abilitatea de a formula clar si concis o valoare ROI reala
- consistenta in gasirea de noi oportunitati de vanzare si transformarea lor in vanzari efective
- excelente abilitati de ascultare si de prezentare (atat in scris, cat si verbal) in relatia cu persoane de conducere ale companiilor partenere
- orientat catre atingerea obiectivelor, motivat, cu abilitati de administrare eficienta a timpului
- experienta in vanzari de tip B2B constituie un avantaj important
- experienta in vanzari de solutii informatice constituie un avantaj important
- permis de conducere (categoria B) obligatoriu

For one of our client, IT company, Brasov area we are looking for a HR Manager.
Tasks:

• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes
• Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
• Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
• Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices
• Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
Job specification:

SALES MANAGER in Bucuresti pentru SISTEC – integrator de solutii IT.

Responsabilitati:
- Planifica si coordoneaza activitatea echipei de vanzari
- Identifica noi oportunitati de afaceri
- Promoveaza solutiile software ERP/CRM/ DMS oferite de companie
- Asigura suport reprezentantilor de vanzari prin insotirea acestora la clienti
- Valideaza ofertele si negociaza contractele
- Monitorizeaza concurenta si propune strategii de diferentiere
- Realizeaza indicatorii si targetul de vanzari

Cerinte:
- Studii superioare finalizate
- Cunostinte temeinice privind piata IT de specialitate
- Experienta relevanta minim 2 ani (pozitie manageriala si vanzari solutii software)
- Disponibilitate la deplasari – permis de conducere cat B
