On behalf of our client, a company from the Financial Leasing sector, we search for a Debts and Recovery Manager - Bucharest.

The holder will supervise and coordinate the recovery team and will manage all the recovery activities of the company.

Key tasks:

  • Create and monitor the activity plan of the department;
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of the collection & recovery team;
  • Work closely with all the personnel involved in the process of collecting the debts;
  • Check the recovery reports to ensure their accuracy;
  • Analyze the recovery files and propose solutions for debt recovery;
  • Create and send to the clients the notifications concerning the debt recovery;
  • Contact the clients with payment arrears and/or those who refuse to return the goods;
  • Coordinate and supervise the activity of the recovery companies;
