Responsibilities:

As the head of the People & Change team, your main purpose will be to lead the design and implementation of the People & Change business strategy, and achieve the agreed quantitative and qualitative targets. We will also look for your guidance and high-level support regarding service delivery, as well as leadership and coaching for your team members.

Responsabilitati:
- Furnizeaza servicii de consultanta, asistenta şi reprezentare juridica.
- Realizeaza periodic documentarea corecta si completa a actelor normative nou aparute.
- Analizeaza activitatea si nevoile clientilor de care raspunde pentru a-i putea informa despre evolutia legislatiei, doctrinei si jurisprudentei privitoare la situatii precis indicate.
- Reprezinta societatile din perimetrul de activitate, in orice faza judiciara sau in negocieri.
- Coordoneaza instrumentarea, dupa caz, a dosarelor încredintate unor avocati angajati si documenteaza activitatile in aplicatia Managementul Activitatii Juridice. Gestioneaza autonom proiectele judiciare prin implicarea resurselor transversale interne si a resurselor externe. Pune concluzii in fata oricarei instante, pana la Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie, inclusiv, in fata parchetelor de orice nivel si in fata oricarei autoritati cu atributii jurisdictionale sau institutii de arbitraj.
- Asista clientii interni in derularea activitatilor curente si le furnizeaza consultanta de specialitate juridica acestora, cu obtinerea unui raport optim cost / calitate / operativitate.
- Realizeaza proiecte de proceduri si politici interne, concepe si proiecteaza orice instrumente juridice.
- Avizeaza pentru legalitate actele juridice prin aplicarea semnaturii si parafei profesionale.
- Analizeaza si identifica cauzele generatoare de litigii.
- Realizeaza lucrarile de statistica judiciara in timp real.

Cerinte:
- Experienta ca jurist/avocat: minim 5 ani, in dreptul concurentei, protectia consumatorului etc.
- Membru activ (sau suspendat) al Baroului Bucuresti.
- Cunostinte de dreptul protectiei consumatorilor reprezinta un plus.
- Bune cunostinte de limba franceza. Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza constituie un plus.
- Cunostinte operare PC.
- Permis de conducere categoria B.

Finance Manager (Sibiu)

On behalf of our client, an Italian luxury fashion manufacturer which is part of a French multinational group, we are now searching for a suitable professional for the role of Finance Manager for the Romanian subsidiary of the company based in Sibiu.

The person will be responsible for all financial, fiscal and controlling activities, in compliance with local law and Group guidelines of the company.
Specific responsibilities will include:
• Assure correct execution of all financial, fiscal and accountancy activities, to be performed regularly (daily, monthly, or yearly) and in compliance both with local law and International Financial Reporting Standards, as well as with internal guidelines and requests
• Manage the resident accountancy team, providing supervision and advisory, as well as coaching to develop staff competences and vision
• Implement industrial controllership procedures for manufacturing and other business activities, so as to have constant and reliable control on costs
• Analyze industrial performances (internal productivity, leftover…)
• Be responsible for accurate completion of budgeting process, on a quarterly and yearly basis, respecting given times for submission
• Assure regularly and timely reporting to headquarters in Italy and in France, on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Supervise payroll and general services in the start-up phase
• Be a reference point for the management team in Romania, supporting daily operations
• Evaluate and propose continuous improvement in internal procedures and ways of doings, to be of help and support to the rest of the management team.

Candidate profile:

MANAGER SALARIZARE – CONTEXPERT

RESPONSABILITATI:  Coordonarea activitatii biroului de salarizare; – Verifica periodic rapoartele zilnice ale subordonatilor; – Intocmeste si centralizeaza rapoartele lunare privind stadiul lucrarilor; – Distribuire lucrarilor de salarizare si sarcinile individuale de serviciu pentru toti angajatii din departamentul pe care il conduce, conform procedurii; – Supravegheaza si raspunde de indeplinirea la timp a atributiilor de serviciu ale personalului din subordine; – Organizeaza si raspunde pentru depunerea la timp, la institutiile abilitate, a tuturor declaratiilor si raportarilor cerute de legislatia in vigoare intocmite de catre Departamentul de Salarizare.
 Efectuarea serviciilor de salarizare pentru clientii de top ai companiei.
- Realizeaza calculul salariilor, concediilor de odihna, al sporurilor si indemnizatiilor cuvenite lunar, inclusiv al indemnizatiilor pentru prestatii de asigurari sociale (concedii medicale) si al impozitelor si contributiilor aferente; calculul sumelor aferente contractelor drepturilor de autor si conventiilor civile;
- Intocmeste ordinele de plata si declaratiile aferente statelor si pregateste dosarele pentru recuperarea sumelor din FNUASS;
- Acorda informatii si asistenta departamentului de contabilitate, pentru inregistrarile si operatiunile contabile necesare in contabilitatea clientilor firmei.
 Calculul salariilor angajatorului si administrare personal;
- Verifica si/sau intocmeste dosarul individual pentru fiecare intrare de personal;
- Verifica si/sau intocmeste contractele de munca si declaratiile de asigurare;
- Verifica si/sau intocmeste actele aditionale/deciziile si toate celelalte documente legate de modificarea/suspendarea/incetarea contractelor de munca, precum si cererile de imprumut a carnetelor de munca;
- Completeaza si verifica registrele electronice generale de evidenta a salariatilor.
CERINTE:
 Studii: Absolvent studii superioare de specialitate (profil economic), Masterul in Resurse Umane reprezinta un avantaj;  Cursuri: Curs de inspector resurse umane autorizat de Ministerul Muncii si Ministerul Educatiei.  Experienta profesionala: Minim 2 ani experienta pe un post similar. Experienta in firma prestatoare de servicii de contabilitate si salarizare reprezinta un avantaj.
Competente:
 Cunostinte operare PC: Nivel avansat
 Limbi straine: Limba engleza la nivel mediu – avansat
 Competente profesionale:
 Cunosterea legislatiei muncii din Romania;

Sarcini si responsabilitati de baza:
• Gestioneaza proiectele de implementare de sisteme informatice
• Gestioneaza relatia cu clientul in desfasurarea proiectului

Cerintele postului:
