- Analizeaza mediul politic, social si economic la nivel local, interpreteaza si prezinta posibile solutii si strategii;
- Monitorizeaza, analizeaza si interpreteaza consecintele implementarii prevederilor legislative cu impact direct la nivel local (ex. descentralizarea si reorganizarea spitalelor), contribuind activ cu solutii si strategii;
- Identifica si relationeaza cu partenerii externi relevanti pe plan local in elaborarea politicilor publice de sanatate;
- Genereaza si coordoneaza strategia GSK in regiune, in relatie cu factorii decizionali relevanti in plan local .

Cerinte:
- O buna cunoastere a mediului politic si economic din Romania;
- O buna cunoastere a legislatiei in domeniul sanatate publica/farmaceutic;
- Experienta in domeniul politicilor de sanatate publica/experienta anterioara in institutii ale administratiei publice locale;
- Cunoasterea avansata a limbii engleze.

QA manager_multinational IT company_Bucharest

For one of our client, multinational IT company, from Bucharest we are looking for a QA Manager.
The QA Manager is responsible for developing strategies and implementing QA processes, recommending and approving test strategy, developing QA standards, defining and tracking QA metrics.
Monitors, schedules and manages resources to meet commitments.
Identifies risks and opportunities within projects, anticipates potential problems and trends and assesses the opportunities/impacts.
Follows up the evolution of each QA engineer, participates and gives feedback in appraisal meetings, sets objectives and follows up the achievements of these. Responsible for following up the training needs of new and existing employees
Requirements:
•Understanding of software development and QA lifecycle is a must
•Clear
understanding of L2-L7 implementation structures, layer interfaces, frame formats, media, and
devices. Additional understanding of networking standards such as TCP/IP and control plane session
setup for upper layer protocols (HTTP, SMTP, RTP, DNS, LDAP, IPTV and VOIP) is a plus. Understanding
of IP routing, firewalls, load balancing and/or network security. Some hands-on experience is
desirable (ability to install, configure & debug networking devices).
•Proven analytical and
strategic planning skills within the Telecom or IT field (minimum 5 years)
•Ability to manage and
supervise small to medium teams (up to 15 people); proven track in people’s management (setting
priorities, conducting performance appraisal)
•Interpersonal skills and negotiating ability
